What can I expect from the Bob Marley One Love Experience?

The event will take place at: 6801 Ovation Hollywood, second floor (formerly Hollywood & Highland), on the corner of Hollywood Blvd. & Highland Ave.

What are the hours of operation?
The exhibition opens 15 minutes before the first entry time of the day and closes 20 minutes after the start of the last entry time of the day.
- Monday-Thursday: 11am - 8pm
- Friday: 11am - 10pm
- Saturday: 11am - 10pm
- Sunday: 11am - 8pm
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 40 to 50 minutes with a General Admission ticket..

The exhibition will have air conditioning.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
This experience is accessible for deaf people. Additionally, patrons supporting persons with disabilities receive free admission to the exhibition and do not require a ticket for entry. At no time will a patron with a disability who is accompanied by a support person be prevented from having access to his or her support person while on the exhibition premises.
Will there be strobe lights?
The exhibition contains bright lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitivity. Viewer discretion is advised.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photos and videos are permitted. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
We have a number of chairs that can be brought into the exhibition for folks who have a hard time standing for extended periods of time. Additionally, wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted.

No, there are no audioguides available.

For the safety and comfort of everyone, mask are welcome within the experience. Following local guidelines.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, you may be asked to briefly wait depending on capacity, though your ticket will be honored.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are permitted, but please be advised that the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals.

Is there an age requirement?
This exhibition is for all ages; however, there is artwork and animation that some viewers may find sensitive. Viewer discretion is advised.

$3 for 2 hour parking is available for validated parking tickets. Don’t forget to validate your ticket!
What if the weather is bad?
The exhibition is indoors and will be open regardless of weather conditions.
What are the permitted/prohibited items at the experience?
We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors, all bags entering or leaving the exhibition area, including purses, are subject to inspection.

It is a walkthrough experience.

Yes, at our box office, which is open during regular business hours. Our box office does not accept cash for the purchase of tickets.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is there a Military discount?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a military discount.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket on the Fever App.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time, or ticket type up to 48 hrs before the start of your session. Please
contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade tickets - and we don’t know why you would want to!
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for the Bob Marley One Love Experience can only be
purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please refer to the Group Bundle ticket option for groups of 10 or more people.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do? You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
